Chocolate Decorating Workshop – Booking Terms
These booking terms apply to the TWODS & Temper Temper Chocolate Decorating Workshop on Saturday 31 October 2026 at The Manor House, Tunbridge Wells.
Bookings and payment
Places must be booked and paid for in advance. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you receive a booking confirmation from TWODS. Places are subject to availability and each workshop session has a maximum capacity of 20 children.
Children and supervision
One parent, guardian or responsible adult per booking must remain in the room throughout the workshop and remain responsible for their child or children. This is not a childcare or drop-off event. Please follow any instructions given by TWODS, Temper Temper or venue staff during the workshop.
Arrival
Please arrive in good time for your booked session. Sessions last approximately 30 minutes. As sessions run throughout the day, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals in a later session if those sessions are full.
Cancellations and refunds
If you can no longer attend, please contact TWODS as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, although TWODS may allow you to transfer your booking to another person.
If TWODS has to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the workshop. TWODS cannot be responsible for other costs you may incur as a result of attending the event or its cancellation.
Chocolate, ingredients and allergies
The workshop involves the handling and consumption of chocolate, sweets and other food products. All ingredients and sweets will be nut-free. A dairy- and gelatine-free dark chocolate option is available. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and request a pre-packed allergen-specific bag of sweets if required.
TWODS and Temper Temper will provide available allergen information. If your child has a serious food allergy, please contact us before booking so that we can discuss whether the workshop is suitable.
What is included
Your £10-per-child booking includes decorating a chocolate disc, sweets and toppings, and a box in which to take the finished decorated chocolate disc home. Free squash will be available for children.
Food, snacks and drinks available to buy from The Manor House are not included in the workshop price.
Changes to the event
TWODS may make reasonable changes to the event arrangements where necessary, including session arrangements or activities. If a significant change affects your booking, we will contact you using the details supplied when you booked.
Photography
Photographs or video may be taken at the event for TWODS publicity purposes. We will not assume consent to photograph an identifiable child. Where appropriate, permission will be sought from their parent or guardian. Please tell a member of the TWODS team if you do not wish your child to be photographed.
Personal information
TWODS will use the information supplied with your booking to administer the event, process your booking and payment, and contact you about your booking where necessary.
Marketing is optional. If you separately choose to join the TWODS mailing list, we may also use your details to send you information about future TWODS shows, events, auditions and news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
